Still, Hyland’s Progress Gauge Reports were low, and the ministry assigned him the unscrupulous work of Essence Excursions, disguised under the sanatorium assembly as Scrying Essentials. The former understudy now enjoys being deemed a Theurgist, but it is only to a select few inmates at the sanatorium. Hyland fears that the inmates are potentially dangerous, so he would much rather return to Mystic Steeples. His secret assembly is located in the top room of the western tower at the sanatorium.
